Kim R. Harrell
Kim R. Harrell brings more than 23 years of enlisted and officer service in the United States Army to HC Medical Supply’s principal-led approach to healthcare supply.
Her Army career included service as an enlisted Legal Clerk and Military Intelligence Officer, with assignments including Recruiting Battalion Executive Officer, Company Commander, Operations Officer, Plans Officer, and Program Deputy Director. Her awards and decorations include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and Office of the Secretary of Defense Identification Badge.
After retiring from military service in 2003, Kim supported Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps programs with Chicago Public Schools and Broward County Public Schools, helping develop educational experiences intended to prepare students for success in school, work, and civic life.
Kim completed the Command and General Staff College, Equal Opportunity Advisor Course, and Collection Management Course. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Tampa and a Master of Science in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
